LOGAY (“we”, “us”) operates logay.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse the site, place an order, or contact us, and how we use it. It is written for how this store actually works in Pakistan — not a generic Shopify template.

Who we are

LOGAY is an apparel brand selling from Pakistan. The website is hosted on Shopify. Questions: logay.hq@gmail.com.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Order details — name, shipping address, phone number, email, items ordered, and order notes. We need this to confirm and deliver COD orders.
Payment — we currently accept cash on delivery only. LOGAY does not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers at checkout.
Messages — anything you send by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or the contact form.
Account details — if you create a customer account, your email, name, and saved addresses.
Site usage — device, browser, IP address, and pages viewed, collected automatically by Shopify (including cookies) so the store can function and stay secure.

How we use it

Process, pack, and ship your order
Contact you about your order (email, and phone or WhatsApp when needed for delivery)
Handle returns, exchanges, and support
Send order emails and, if you opt in, occasional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe)
Prevent fraud, failed COD abuse, and misuse of the site
Improve the storefront

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed:

Shopify — hosts the store, checkout, and order records
Courier partners — name, address, and phone so they can deliver your parcel
Professional helpers — for example an accountant or developer, only as required to run the business
Authorities — if the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run a US-style “do not sell my data” page because we are not selling customer lists. Shopify may still process store data under its own privacy terms to operate the platform. See Shopify’s privacy policy.

Where data is stored

Shopify may store and process information on servers outside Pakistan. Courier partners in Pakistan receive delivery details for fulfillment.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting, and legal requirements. You can ask us to update or delete information we control; we may retain what the law or Shopify requires (for example completed orders).

Your choices

Email logay.hq@gmail.com to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal limits.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Transactional emails about orders will still be sent.
You can browse without creating an account. Placing a COD order still requires contact and delivery details.

Cookies

The store uses cookies and similar technologies that Shopify needs for cart, checkout, security, and basic analytics. Blocking cookies may prevent checkout from working.
