At LOGAY, we want you to feel confident in every piece you buy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable.

Eligible returns

Wrong size (subject to stock availability for exchange)
Manufacturing defects or damaged items on arrival
Incorrect item received

Non-returnable items

Items washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
Final-sale or marked non-returnable products
Gift cards

How to start a return

Email us at logay.hq@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (for defects/damage). Once approved, we will share return instructions.

Refunds & exchanges

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, or exchanged for another size/item when available. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
