LOGAY ships across Pakistan. Delivery times below are estimates and may vary by city, courier capacity, and order volume.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after a COD order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Major cities (e.g. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
Other cities / remote areas: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch

Shipping charges

Standard courier is charged at checkout. Orders of PKR 5,999 or more qualify for free standard delivery automatically. Founders hand-delivery is a separate paid option when available.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we share tracking details by email when available from the courier partner.

Failed delivery & address issues

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated failed attempts, re-delivery fees may apply or the order may be cancelled per courier rules.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact payable amount ready. Refusal of COD parcels without a valid reason may affect future COD eligibility.
