Welcome to LOGAY. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The store

LOGAY sells limited apparel and accessories in Pakistan. Product photos, descriptions, and prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or we cannot verify the order). You will be notified by email if that happens.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) on eligible orders. You agree to pay the product total plus the delivery option you select at checkout when the order is delivered.

Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate address and a reachable phone number. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Founders hand-delivery and standard courier are optional services shown at checkout when available.

Use of the site

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy LOGAY designs, photos, or content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LOGAY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delay in delivery, except where we cannot legally exclude liability.
